COR offers trial classes at NO COST. If an additional trial is required there will be a charge of $50.

Upon one trial class, once enrollment is confirmed tuition is due. Payments may be made in full or monthly. Tuition will be charged automatically on the dates listed in your class information. Tuitions will be charged 1 week prior to start of classes unless registration occurs post the start of the class, then payment is due immediately.

Depending on the start date, tuition will be prorated. In the event that a student withdraws from a class, NO REFUNDS are issued, credits may be provided at the discretion of COR.

Withdrawal from a class requires a written 30 days notice

I hereby certify that my child has no condition that prohibits them from fully participating in the Rhythmic Gymnastics & Dance classes offered by COR. I assume all risks and release COR of any injuries or damages occurring as a result of participation of IN PERSON or VIRTUAL TRAININGS. In the event of a medical emergency at which I cannot be reached, I authorize Central Ohio Rhythmics D.B.A COR to seek the necessary medical attention for my child.

I authorize COR and its designated representatives to consent, on my behalf, to any medical care or treatment to be rendered in the event of a medical emergency. I agree to be responsible for any and all necessary charges incurred as a result of, and in connection with such emergency care.

If a student feels ill prior to the class, they must stay home. If a student/parent has come into contact with a person with covid 19, they must cease attendance for the required days recommended by their physician, and provide COR with any testing results and updates.

I hereby consent to Central Ohio Rhythmics to use all and any photos, videos, & sound recordings in which I or my child may appear for the purposes of promotional, advertising use, and media materials. These materials include, but are not limited to brochures, social media websites such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, COR Youtube channel, and CORhythmics.com
