About Coach Esma
Esma Serdjinti is the Founder and Program Director of Central Ohio Rhythmics (COR). With over 20 years of experience in rhythmic gymnastics, Asma brings a unique blend of expertise, passion, and dedication to every athlete she coaches.
Esma began her career as a recreational coach in New York City, where she quickly grew programs and inspired a new generation of gymnasts. She later founded Manhattan Rhythmics, leading athletes from beginner levels to state, regional, and national champions. Today, she brings that same vision and energy to Central Ohio, making rhythmic gymnastics accessible to both recreational and competitive athletes.
As a certified USA Gymnastics professional member and a National-level rhythmic gymnastics judge, Esma has coached and choreographed for gymnasts across Levels 3–10 and Xcel, guiding athletes to success on every stage.
Beyond medals and scores, her philosophy is simple: build strong, confident, and creative athletes who carry the lessons of sport into every part of their lives.
